1. Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns or exchanges if:

You contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos) showing the issue.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Since we sell first-copy / replica products, we do not accept returns or refunds due to:

Size issues

Change of mind

Slight color or design variations (which may occur due to lighting or manufacturing differences)
Please make sure to check the size chart and product details carefully before placing your order.
3. Refunds (If Approved)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

You’ll receive an email notification confirming the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Note: Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of placing them.
After processing or shipping, cancellations are not possible.
5. Damaged or Wrong Product Received
If you receive a wrong or damaged item:
Take clear photos or videos of the item and packaging.
Our support team will review your case and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Then contact your bank or card provider — it may take a few days before your refund is officially posted.
